More than 500 leaders from business, government, education, and workforce development gather across two days for conversations on economic mobility, the future of work, and the pathways that carry people into and through the middle class.

Why this conversation matters to her work
Economic mobility is the part of reentry that decides whether it holds. A woman coming home needs more than a release date. She needs housing she can keep, training that leads somewhere, and work that pays enough to build on. That is the case Dr. Sam has made for years through The Ladies of Hope Ministries, and it belongs in a room focused on who gets access to opportunity and who gets left outside of it.
